Frequently asked questions
A score won't load, or the sheet music is blank
Sheet music is streamed, so it needs an internet connection to load the first time. If you're offline, reconnect and reopen the piece. Warm-up exercises are bundled and work offline.
What do the ABRSM, RCM, and MTAC numbers mean?
Every piece shows its difficulty on three common exam systems so you can pick music at the right level. You can choose your preferred system in You → Grading system.
How do I save a piece?
Tap the bookmark icon on any piece. Saved pieces appear in the Playlist tab and on your Home screen.
Where are the warm-ups?
Open any piece and tap the Warm-Up tab. You'll find scales and technical exercises (Hanon, Czerny) tuned to that piece's key.
Can I read two pages at once on iPad?
Yes. On iPad, enlarge a score and turn to landscape for a two-page spread that flips a whole spread at a time.
How do I turn on dark mode?
Go to You → Dark mode. The score sheet stays light for comfortable reading.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your practice progress and preferences stay on your device, and there are no accounts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
